Les Halles de Béziers
The Halles de Béziers, of the Baltard type, were built in 1891. And completely renovated a century later, in 1987 and again in 2024. They are now listed in the supplementary inventory of Historic Monuments. They were voted "Most Beautiful Market in France" in 2025.
Several stalls offer to taste their products directly on the counter or in dedicated areas, in a spirit of sharing and market cuisine.
Opening Hours
Market side: Tuesday to Thursday from 8am to 2pm. Friday and Saturday from 8am to 7:30pm. Sunday from 8am to 2pm.
Catering: Tuesday to Thursday from 11am to 3pm and 6pm to 11pm. Friday and Saturday from 11am to 3pm and 6pm to midnight. Sunday from 8am to 5pm.
Biltoki Bar: Open continuously from Tuesday to Sunday from 8am.
