Description
This starred restaurant, located in the heart of the City of Carcassonne, in the Hôtel de la Cité, offers a sumptuous neo-Gothic decor: stained glass windows, coats of arms, woodwork... In the kitchen, Jérôme Ryon (former second in command to Franck Putelat) revisits the classics of French cuisine, with an emphasis on regional products. Beautiful cellar, rich in heady southern wines.
