Asado owes its name to the barbecues and wood-fired ovens that give it its personality. Here, local fish and regional meats are grilled over a wood fire and accompanied by fresh seasonal salads and vegetable dishes. Inside, the original barrel cellar has given way to a generous, theatrical space. Outside, the large sheltered terrace hosts lounges and dining tables - so many invitations to soak up the view on mild spring evenings and long summer evenings.
