POOL SERVICE A pool service is available during the summer, where our staff will serve drinks and light meals from 11am. For safety reasons, only plastic glasses may be used in the pool area. Outside the summer period, please ask at the bar or restaurant. It is forbidden to eat in the pool area and we would be grateful if you could collect any paper or other rubbish and deposit it in the bins near the stairs.
TOWELS When you go to the main pool remember to bring your pool towels to dry between each use. Pool towels (dark color) are provided in your accommodation.
We ask that you do not leave them on the deckchairs and collect them after your swim. They will be changed with the rest of the linen, every 3-4 days.
Pool towels can be used at Château Capitoul. Please do not take them to the beach. We would be forced to charge for any damaged or stained towels (tanning oil is the main culprit)! FLOATING OBJECTS For everyone's well-being, floating objects and inflatable toys are not permitted in the pool. SMOKERS You may not smoke in the main pool area. YOUR PETS Pets do not are not allowed. POOL CLEANING All our swimming pools are cleaned regularly. POOL HEATING The swimming pool is heated from April to October. However, the heating system is dependent on the weather (including wind and nighttime temperatures), so the water temperature cannot always be guaranteed. NO DIVES The pool is shallow, therefore diving is prohibited. SUPERVISED SWIMMING Please note that the pool is not supervised (no lifeguard) and that children must always be accompanied by an adult in the bathing area. They are under the responsibility of their parents at all times. The gates that surround the main swimming pool respect the rules of safety and accessibility for children, which is why the doors must remain closed to prevent them from accessing it alone. CHILDREN Kids are still kids, but out of respect for other guests, we ask that you keep noise levels acceptable. The surface at the bottom of the pool is non-slip. Children who spend hours in the pool, repeatedly rubbing their feet against the bottom, may experience some discomfort from the non-slip surface. |
