A must-see in the area, if only to see the landscape and the pink water of the lagoon from the panoramic cafe. Guided tours are offered on foot or by electric scooter to discover the salt flats, the production and harvesting of salt and its various uses in food, agriculture and industry. There is also a souvenir shop and a fabulous open-air fish restaurant overlooking the lagoon.
