MÉDITERRANÉO
Méditerranéo is an intimate gastronomic restaurant situated in the
original Château dining room where six bay windows drink in the view of
the lagoon through the trees. Here our chef Valère Diochet takes advantage of the
huge range of local produce to deliver a confident, flavour-led cuisine
with a distinct pan-Mediterranean accent simultaneously rustic and
elegant.
